At 4hara® we have created and implemented a methodology to supervise coaching processes that allows creating awareness about what happens in the process, through reflecting and feeling about the conceptual and emotional aspects that are manifested both in the coachee and in the supervised coach and in the relationship between them; always with the purpose that this new light on the process illuminates the coach’s learning in his personal and professional development to achieve better results in each new challenge.

We carry out this creation jointly with the supervised coach through a collaborative dialogue, framed in an active and heartfelt listening, devoid of prejudices and reciprocal, and in which thoughts and feelings invite different looks.

We share with our supervised coaches, knowledge, experiences, and resources. For supervision we use techniques and tools that we also make available to them. All with the aim of developing their competence profile.

All this constitutes a structured and guided methodology that guarantees the development of an effective process that leads to obtaining superior results in the professional practice by the coach.
