4hara® borns with the clear purpose of transmitting the importance and need of supervision and training in the exercise of coaching. We firmly believe in the fundamental role that constant learning plays in coaching and how supervision facilitates and promotes it.
Our name
We choose the term «hara» to name us because we feel identified with its meaning. It is used to name an energetic structure of the human being, which is experienced as a purpose or intention and which plays an important role in clarifying the purpose of life.

Etymologically, the word «supervise» (from Latin, super -over-, visus -seen-) means to look from above, in the sense of taking distance to observe other possibilities.
